BRIDGE FITNESS intends to ‘Bridge the Gap’ with regards to all inclusive fitness. With 1:1 Personal Training available for both adults and children (aged 11+) an experienced coach within both disability and fitness, will provide programmes and guidance in a comfortable, safe environment of your choosing. Our services will be available to all! bridge fitness works alongside people with Physical Disability and individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including conditions such as Autism and Asperger Syndrome.
